A great solution for repairs on bicycles with square-taper cranksets where the bicycle frame has damaged or stripped threads in the bottom bracket.

The patented design YST BB-993 threadless cartridge unit threads to itself and has bevelled cups for a snug fit.

Durable Steel cups, body and axle with sealed bearings.

Compatible with 68mm English type BB frames.

Use ‘UN’ type BB spline tool for fitting. e.g. Ison part number: 2FX27

Torque for tightening the bottom bracket is 400kgf-cm to 500kgf-cm (40-50Nm)

Most lengths of square taper axles are available.
